Jiffy Salad

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

1 (16 ounce) carton cottage cheese
1 (3 ounce) package flavored gelatin (ANY flavor except grape)
2 (20 ounce) cans chunk pineapple, drained
1-2 cups mini-marshmallows
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:
  • Mix the DRY gelatin and cottage together well in large bowl
  • Add pineappple, mini-marshmallows and whipped topping
  • Chill
  • Serve
