1-26 or 30 oz jar tomato pasta sauce (any variety)
Garlic salt (to taste)
1 ½ lbs chicken breast tenders (thawed and not breaded)
1 pkg uncooked manicotti shells
2 cups (8 oz) mozzarella cheese

2 cups (8 oz) mozzarella cheese
Dried or fresh basil (if desired)
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degree
- Spread pasta sauce over the bottom of an ungreased rectangular 9x13x2 baking dish
- Sprinkle garlic salt on chicken
- Insert chicken into uncooked manicotti shells, stuffing from each end of shell to fill if necessary
- Place shells on pasta sauce in baking dish
- Pour remaining pasta sauce evenly over shells, covering completely.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake about 1 hour or until shells are tender
- Sprinkle with cheese and basil, if desired
- Bake uncovered for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
