Ingredients:
1 pkg. Danish strawberry or raspberry dessert
1 frozen bag drained raspberries (or equal amount fresh)
½ c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
½ pint heavy or light cream (whipped before adding)
Graham cracker pie shell (may need 2 if small size)
Directions:
- Follow directions on Danish dessert for pie
- Add raspberries and cool
- In separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and cream cheese
- Fold in whipped cream
- Pour cream cheese mixture into pie shell
- Pour the raspberry mixture on top
- Chill before serving
