Grandma’s Raspberry Pie

Ingredients:

1 pkg. Danish strawberry or raspberry dessert
1 frozen bag drained raspberries (or equal amount fresh)
½ c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
½ pint heavy or light cream (whipped before adding)
Graham cracker pie shell (may need 2 if small size)

Directions:
  • Follow directions on Danish dessert for pie
  • Add raspberries and cool
  • In separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and cream cheese
  • Fold in whipped cream
  • Pour cream cheese mixture into pie shell
  • Pour the raspberry mixture on top
  • Chill before serving
