Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

1 can condensed potato soup
1 cup half & half
1 cup corn
1/2 cup onion
1/2 lb. bacon ends

Directions:
  • Cut bacon ends into smaller pieces and brown in pot
  • Chop onion and add to bacon
  • Drain off fat
  • Add soup, half & half and corn
  • Heat on low till heated - stirring occasionally
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve warm with crusty bread
