Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 head cut up cabbage
1 chopped onion
1 or 2 eggs
Boullion cubes (tot taste)
1/2 C. or more white rice
Directions:
- Mix beef, rice, egg(s), and seasonings and shape into balls
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat a large pot of water and add cabbage and boullion cubes
- Carefully add the meat balls
- Boil until the cabbage is tender, then simmer on low until you are ready to eat
