Meesha

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 head cut up cabbage
1 chopped onion
1 or 2 eggs
Boullion cubes (tot taste)
1/2 C. or more white rice

Directions:
  • Mix beef, rice, egg(s), and seasonings and shape into balls
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Heat a large pot of water and add cabbage and boullion cubes
  • Carefully add the meat balls
  • Boil until the cabbage is tender, then simmer on low until you are ready to eat
