Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

Ingredients:

5-6 potatoes
1/2 tsp dehydrated or fresh onion
1 cup grated cheese
chunks of ham (to taste)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of evaporated milk

Directions:
  • Peel and slice potatoes in slices about 1/4 inch thick
  • Boil potatoes in water on stovetop for about 10 to 15 minutes
  • Evenly arrange half of potato slices in a layer on bottom of 9x13 casserole dish
  • Sprinkle dehydrated or fresh onion over the layer of potatoes
  • Sprinkle half the grated cheese evenly over potatoes
  • Sprinkle half the chunks of ham in even layer over cheese
  • Evenly arrange a layer of the rest of the potatoes
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese in even layer over second layer of potatoes
  • Sprinkle remaining chunks of ham in even layer over second layer of cheese
  • In separate bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup and evaporated milk
  • Pour soup and milk mixture over everything all layers of potatoes, cheese and ham in casserole dish
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes
  • Serve
