"Potatoe Skins" Pizza

Dough Ingredients:

1 packet yeast (or equivalent measured out)
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 cups flour

Topping Ingredients:

1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup bacon bits

Directions:
  • Combine yeast with sugar and warm water. Let bubble for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt, vegetable oil, and flour
  • Mix in your mixer until dough forms.
  • Spread onto pan or pizza stone that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and sprinkled with cornmeal.
  • Poke holes in dough with fork.
  • Bake at 450 for 10 min. to slightly brown.
  • Remove from the oven the top with the topping ingredients in the order listed.
  • Bake in the oven for another 20 mins on 450 or until the cheese is slightly crispy on the outside and bubbly in the middle.
