Polynesian Chicken, Ham, or Pork

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked meat
1 green pepper
2 strips celery
1 can pineapple chunks and juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup chicken bouillon (diluted)
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
  • Sauté meat cubes (cooked) a few minutes
  • Add strips of green pepper and celery
  • Add pineapple chunks and juice
  • Cover and simmer 15 minutes
  • In separate mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, vinegar, chicken bouillon, soy sauce and cornstarch
  • Stir in with meat mixture
  • Cook until thick
  • Serve over rice or noodles
