No-Knead Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients:

1 pkg. yeast
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
  • Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water
  • Add eggs to yeast mixture along with melted butter that has been cooled slightly (but not solid).
  • In separate bowl, sift together flour, sugar, and salt.
  • Stir into yeast mixture.
  • Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours (or longer) before using.
  • When needed, mold into desired shapes.
  • Let rise until double.
  • Bake in 425° oven 12 to 18 minutes.
