Banana Bread

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups mashed banana
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour milk
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
  • Mix together all ingredients in order given.
  • Pour into a greased loaf pan
  • Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. at 325 degrees.
Helpful tip:

Sour milk can be made by mixing 1 T vinegar into 1 cup of sweet milk
