Simple and economical
1 - 46 oz. can tomato juice
2 - #2 ½ cans diced tomatoes
2 - #2 ½ cans cut green beans
2 - #2 ½ cans kidney beans
2 - #2 ½ cans diced tomatoes

2 - #2 ½ cans kidney beans
1 - #2 can refried beans
1 large onion chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
½ c. chopped celery
3 small Zucchini, sliced
1 c. sliced cabbage or bokchoy
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
- Simmer tomato juice, tomatoes, & raw vegetables until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer to boiling making sure the refried beans are mixed well into the soup to give it body.
- Serve
